- You can exchange anything on your order before Dispatch. Please contact us on +91 9509600124, within at least 3 working days before your Dispatch date.
- If you need to cancel your order before disptach for any reason, please let us know at least 3 working days before your dispatch date.
- Once delivered, all online orders placed online have a 3 days money back guarantee. Customer can return the product within 3 days from date of delivery.
- If you would like to return or exchange any of your items, we are more than happy to help. You need to contact us within the 3 days.
- All items being returned to us are subject unbroken packaging. We are requesting you to please keep the safe with you. If packaging isbroken/ not proper, Barzisn Furniture will not be responsible for any return and refund.
- All refunds & replacement process initiation shall be subject to pick up of all cancelled items from your/customer’s premises.
- Refund will be initiated via NEFT & the amount will be credited in same payment method within 7 working days.
- 2% payment gateway fee will be deduct in case of return/cancellation of the order.
